An emergent space to adventure with the horses as our guides.

Horses?  This is about learning experientially with horses on the ground, engaging with them without force or dominance, whilst being supported in a non-judgemental space by experienced facilitators and coaches. Horses by their natural biological make-up will be asking us to stay in the present moment, and enter into our intuitive, embodied ways of knowing. The horses become our guides, reflecting back to us accurate non-judgemental feedback on our ideas, plans and the obstacles we need to get over, both personally and as an organisation.

What happens in a Sustainable Development or Team Building workshop?

The team is invited to bring their compelling questions concerning their business plans out of the boardroom and into nature. Where the leaders, managers and members of the team are then facilitated and coached, actively exploring questions relating to changes within the organisation and how to move forward in a creative inquiry and investigation.

We start with participants embodied experiences, inviting them with the help of the horses to trust different ways of knowing, beyond the rational. We encourage individuals to develop their capability as reflective practitioners while learning to trust the creative flow of the field/context.

During the workshop the horses become our insightful guides through a personal and professional development journey, providing a foundational space and grounded experience to cultivate courageous team players beyond ego-imposed limitations in these times of changes and uncertainty.

In addition learning how horses interact with each other as a living system in a herd can provide insights into improving relationships within teams, including how to motivate, handle conflict, differences of opinion, and move forward with the intent of the whole organisation knowing where they are going.
